Species:
Three-headed, twin-tailed, dragon-like super predator (or at least, the best way to describe him)
History:
All that is known about this supposed beast stems from Houtuan legend. According to the myths of Infant Island, King Ghidorah is described as a dragon-like beast with twin tails, enormous wings, golden scales belying a blackened heart, and two heads in place of arms said to be as old as Mothra and Battra. The legends describe Ghidorah as a jealous, arrogant god who abandoned his place among the stars to declare war on the gods of the Earth. While his existence is debated even by the most eccentric of Monarch's agents, if creatures of the supernatural such as Mothra, Battra, Manda, and King Caesar exist, there is a chance Ghidorah is no mere legend either. What is especially frightening is the cave paintings depict him fighting Godzilla with flames and skulls surrounding him. According to the Houtua, this is part of a prophecy:
"When the two kings meet, all will suffer in their war."
One can only pray Ghidorah is nothing more than a scary story told to rowdy Houtua children as means to behave lest they risk a visit from this draconic Boogeyman.
Behavior:
According to Houtua legend, Ghidorah is regarded as evil in its purest form; cruel, petty, and merciless. He is stated to regard all life as an insult to his own and takes great pleasure in eradicating all that stand before him. There is a reason why the Houtua describe his roar as legions of mad men laughing all at once.
Unique features:
- According to legend, King Ghidorah is capable of shooting off lightning-like bolts of his own will from his mouths.
- Ghidorah is also stated to become more and more powerful by leeching off fear (hence the title "King of Terror"). With the descriptions given off by the Houtua, fear would be in no short supply.
- The legends also state Ghidorah is able to create an incredibly powerful storm which, if left unchecked, could spread out and destroy the world.

So, yeah, this is Ghidorah. I'm pretty much keeping him in the shadows right now because, well
1) I have plans for him in my Monsterverse soft reboot.
2) He is pretty much the Thanos of said soft reboot and it's only fitting that he be built from the ground up as something of a Boogeyman; lurking in the shadows, only spoken about with what is spoken about him being far from pretty, and believed to be a spook story told around the campfire meant to scare children out of committing naughty deeds lest they risk him coming for them first.
