In 1946, following Operation: Crossroads, American naval vessels began disappearing. At first, it was believed to be Russian submarines or U-Boats who hadn't received news that WWII had long since concluded. However, it wasn't until 1947 when the real culprit was something else: a gargantuan, reptilian organism awakened by the atomic bomb test. Codenamed Specimen-47, the organism stood at least fifty meters in height and possessed a strongly aggressive disposition. From 1947 to 1954 an American coalition named Hidden Blade waged a secret war with Specimen-47. Eventually, on March 1954, the creature was led to the Bikini Atoll using a stockpile of radioactive elements and exposed to the first fusion bomb, codenamed Shrimp, where it was seemingly killed.
